Dayton Gastroenterology offers a secure Patient Portal for the convenience of our patients. Our internet-based patient portal provides you with secure access to your health information in a confidential manner anytime, anywhere.
Once you register at our office, you will be able to:
- Request or cancel an appointment
- View your office appointments
- View or print a summary of your electronic health record
- Send and receive non urgent secure messages with your physician or medical assistant*
- Receive test results
- Update your contact information
- Make a payment
Accessing the Portal
To access the patient portal, a Dayton Gastroenterology staff member must have already sent you an email with a unique pin number, which is used to initially create the account. Once you have received the email, click on the green button below to register and create a unique username and password.
* Dayton Gastro’s patient portal is not a substitute for seeing your physician at the office or calling for traditional medical advice, consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Please do not use the patient portal to send any messages requiring urgent attention.
Note: To access portal information for visits prior to 7/19/2022 click on the blue button below and login into your NextMD portal account. NextMD portal access will be available through October 2022. Please download to your personal device any records you would like to keep which were sent to NextMD portal.
