Harold Duarte, MD

Dr. Duarte grew up in Southern California and spent six years living in Argentina, where part of his family is from. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Adventista del Plata in Argentina in 2018. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Kettering Health Main Campus in 2022 and served as Chief Resident through 2023. He found this role especially rewarding because it allowed him to contribute to resident education and program improvement. Dr. Duarte then completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Loma Linda University Health in Southern California in 2026. He received additional training in ERCP during his second and third years of fellowship and served as Chief Fellow during his third year.

Dr. Duarte is married and has two children. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and photography. He is also an automotive enthusiast with an interest in new and emerging technologies.
