Dr. Romeo received his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and graduated from Albany Medical College in 1981. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and then served as a general internist in the US Air Force. He completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center before returning to the Dayton area in 1990.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Romeo is married and has three children. His personal interests include gardening, outdoor activities, and he has a passion for animals. Additionally, he speaks some Spanish and has assisted with humanitarian projects in Central America.
