Dr. Sandhir received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from West Virginia University in 1991. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center where he served as Chief Medical Resident.
He then completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Sandhir is president of the Montgomery County Medical Society. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Sandhir is married and has three children. His personal interests include basketball and football.
