Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Dr. Weprin received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his M.D. from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in 1976. He completed his internship and residency at a Columbia affiliated residency program in New Jersey in 1979. His fellowship in Gastroenterology was completed at The Ohio State University Medical Hospital in 1981. Dr. Weprin subsequently founded Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases Consultants, Ltd. (GILD) in 1983. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Weprin is married and has seven children and 14 grandchildren. He enjoys spending all of his free time with his family.
